1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Your access to and use of Velorae constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms create a binding legal relationship between you and Velorae. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately discontinue all use of this platform and refrain from future access.

2. SOCIAL CASINO DEFINITION

Velorae operates as a social casino entertainment platform. This classification means that all gaming activities utilize virtual currency without monetary value, no real money gambling occurs on our platform, and all features exist purely for entertainment purposes. Users cannot win real money through Velorae, and no financial transactions of any kind are involved in platform operations.

By using Velorae, you represent that you have reached this minimum age. We reserve the right to verify age through documentation requests and may terminate access for users unable to provide satisfactory proof of age eligibility.

4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY NATURE

All forms of currency, credits, points, or value representations within Velorae are entirely virtual and possess no monetary worth whatsoever. These virtual assets cannot be purchased using real money. They cannot be sold, converted to cash, exchanged for goods or services, or transferred between users. Virtual currency exists exclusively as a gameplay mechanism and has no utility or value beyond facilitating interaction with our games.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must refrain from prohibited activities including but not limited to attempting to manipulate game outcomes, using automated systems or bots, reverse engineering platform software, exploiting vulnerabilities for personal gain, interfering with other users or platform operations, providing false information, impersonating others, and engaging in any illegal activities. Violations result in immediate access termination without notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content comprising Velorae—including games, graphics, text, code, audio, trademarks, and design elements—constitutes intellectual property owned by Velorae or licensed to us. Your platform use grants no ownership rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivatives, or commercially exploit any Velorae content without express written authorization.

7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Velorae maintains absolute discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate any platform aspect at any time without advance notification or user consultation. This includes game availability, features, interface design, policies, and complete service discontinuation. Users possess no entitlement to continued access or to any specific feature remaining available.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Velorae provides all services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding service availability, game functionality, outcome fairness, or platform suitability for your needs.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velorae and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from platform use or inability to use the platform. This limitation encompasses all damage types including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages, regardless of legal theory and regardless of whether we were advised of damage possibility.

10. USER INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velorae and associated parties from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your platform use, terms violations, or third-party rights infringement. This obligation survives access termination.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class actions are prohibited. You waive rights to jury trials and class participation. Arbitration proceeds according to applicable rules in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. TERMS MODIFICATIONS

Velorae may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms. Changes are indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Continued platform use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users disagreeing with changes must discontinue use immediately.

13. TERMINATION RIGHTS

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, with or without cause, without notice or liability. Termination reasons may include terms violations, suspicious activity, or business decisions. Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately. Surviving provisions remain in effect.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction. You agree to submit to jurisdictional authority for dispute resolution not resolved through arbitration.
